QLI Adjustable Seated Row Machine - Plate Loaded

QLI Adjustable Seated Row Machine — Plate Loaded

Rotating Chest Cushion | Dual Grip Styles | 3 Weight Plate Positions | Single-Arm Option | Model QASR62

The QLI Adjustable Seated Row Machine QASR62 balances power and precision for back training. The rotating chest cushion and height-adjustable seat adapt to each user's posture, so every pull follows a smooth, natural path that works the upper back with control.

Two grip styles change the focus: angled handles bring in the upper back and rear shoulders, while the neutral grip reduces wrist and elbow strain for focused back isolation. Three weight plate positions deliver constant, progressive or regressive resistance, and the single-arm option builds balance and symmetry.

Sold, delivered and installed by Fitness Hero — our Sydney technicians assemble and service QLI equipment, and commercial projects get a free 2D/3D floor plan with every quote.
