The QLI Ab Crunch Machine QCM01 brings plate-loaded resistance to core training, combining the crunch and the oblique crunch in one station. Sit in, take the long handles and curl down against the lever arm to target the upper abs, then turn the swivel seat to work the obliques.

The seat frame, foot cushion and handle grips keep users in a correct, supported posture, which reduces the risk of injury from poor technique. Long rubber-coated handles give a secure, non-slip grip, weight plate holders on the back frame keep plates close for quick changes, and the sturdy steel frame is built for long-term commercial use.
