The QLI Back Extension QBE030 is a commercial hyperextension bench built for the posterior chain. Lock your ankles under the twin rollers, set the hip pads to your height and hinge: the lower back, glutes and hamstrings do the work, making it a staple for back strength, glute training and trunk stability.

QLI builds it from high-quality steel with an electrostatic coating to resist rust, and covers the pads in smooth, hard-wearing upholstery. A solid non-slip footplate keeps users planted, handles make getting on and off simple, and the compact frame rolls on its wheels into storage when the floor needs clearing.
