The QLI QHTM050 takes the hip thrust off the floor and onto a purpose-built, plate-loaded machine. Sit back against the angled back pad, set the padded roller across your hips and drive through the large non-slip footplate — the lever arm delivers smooth, even resistance with no barbell to roll into place and no bench sliding away under a heavy set.

The adjustable thigh cushion and smooth-rotating roller set up quickly for different heights and builds, fixed handle grips keep the upper body braced, and the heavy-duty steel frame is finished in electrostatic powder coat. Load Olympic plates straight onto the lever arm and progress as far as your glutes will take you.

Is it Olympic plate compatible?
Yes — load Olympic plates straight onto the lever arm.

How much floor space do I need?
The footprint is 1865 × 1368mm and the machine stands 1126mm high. Leave room beside the lever arm to load and unload plates.

Can I order it in other colours?
The QHTM050 is supplied in the black frame and red lever arm shown. QLI offers custom frame and upholstery colours on full container orders made at its factory — contact us if you're planning a large fit-out.
