The QLI Leg Raise & Dip QLRD065 is a multifunctional bodyweight station for firming the abs and triceps, offering two key exercises in one robust unit. The dual handle design covers both leg raises and dips, so users can target multiple muscle groups from a single piece of equipment.

A thick, high-quality back cushion and inclined arm supports lessen pressure and strain while keeping the body stable, and non-slip steps make getting on and off safe between sets. The heavy-gauge steel frame is electrostatically coated against rust and corrosion, giving a stable station for users of all sizes and strength levels.
