The ONYX Shadow Grappler is a 1.2m kneeling dummy for MMA, BJJ, self-defence and tactical training. Its kneeling posture puts it at the right height for submissions, positional control, ground-and-pound and takedown drills, so you can work technique on your own.

The shell is premium PU synthetic leather with reinforced zippers on the back and arms, so you can adjust or top up the stuffing. A white-and-black target on the face gives you a clear point to aim strikes at. It arrives filled to about 20kg, and its compact size suits younger athletes and tighter training spaces.
