The Onyx 2-in-1 Torso Bag trains both halves of a fight: hang it for stand-up combinations, then take it down for ground-and-pound, grappling transitions and self-defence conditioning on the mat. It's the only bag you can mount, dismount and throw on the floor without changing your setup.

At 120cm x 35cm and approximately 40-50kg filled, its balanced, rounded form sits naturally on the ground for realistic ground work, while triple-stitched reinforced nylon straps handle secure overhead hanging.
