Onyx Elite MMA Fighting Gloves - 4oz

Onyx Elite MMA Fighting Gloves (4oz)

Open-Palm 4oz MMA Gloves with Dual-Layer Padding and Double Wrist Strap | Sizes M to XXL

The Onyx Elite MMA Fighting Gloves are a 4oz open-palm glove for MMA training, sparring and amateur competition. They give you striking protection across the knuckles while leaving your fingers free to grip, clinch and grapple.

A microfibre outer with reinforced double stitching handles the wear of regular training. Dual-layer foam padding absorbs impact without adding bulk, and the slightly pre-curved fingers sit the hand in a natural fist so you're not fighting the glove to close it. An elasticated wrist wrap and double strap closure give a firm, locked-in fit at the wrist.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose my size?
Measure around your knuckles with your hand open, excluding the thumb. If you'll wear wraps underneath or you're between sizes, size up for comfort when grappling.

MMA gloves or boxing gloves?
4oz MMA gloves are built for MMA training, grappling and bag work with full use of your fingers. For boxing sparring and heavy pad rounds you'll want the extra padding of 12-16oz boxing gloves.

Can I wear wraps underneath?
Yes. Thin wraps or slim inner gloves such as the Onyx Quick Hand Wraps fit underneath. Allow for them when choosing your size.

Can I use them in competition?
They suit amateur MMA training and competition, but always check the equipment rules of your event or sanctioning body first.
