The premium virgin rubber casing over a heavy-duty steel core protects your floor and equipment, and the tri grip handles make loading, unloading and carrying easy.

Is the price for one plate or a pair?
A pair - you receive two 2.5kg plates (5kg total), one for each side of the bar.

Why buy 2.5kg plates?
Microloading. When 5kg jumps stall your press or your squat, adding 2.5kg per side keeps the bar moving up week after week - the cheapest progress insurance in the gym.

Will they fit my equipment?
Yes - the 50mm Olympic bore fits all Olympic barbells, leg press machines, plate loaded machines and Smith machines. Running a 1-inch bar at home? You need our standard 29mm plates instead.

Tri grip or bumper plates?
Tri grips are easier to handle and store for general strength training; if you drop the bar from overhead, choose EPDM bumper plates instead.

Building a full set?
Pairs run from 2.5kg to 25kg - the next size up is the 5kg pair - or grab a plate package and keep them tidy on a plate tree.
