The Morgan Wrecking Ball is a round heavy bag built for the punches a straight bag can't take properly. Its 75cm x 55cm ball shape gives you a real target for hooks, uppercuts and body shots from every angle, and it works as a multi-striking alternative to a standard heavy bag.
It's made from 900D ripstop vinyl with durable nylon seat belt straps and triple-stitched D-ring patches, and hangs from three rings with the chains and swivel included. The filled version is packed with a high-grade cotton and fleece blend for a dense impact zone and balanced weight at approx. 40-50kg, so it swings smoothly and consistently.
Choose your variant: the Filled bag arrives ready to hang; the Empty shell ships lighter and cheaper so you can fill it yourself on site.

Why a wrecking ball over a straight bag?

Empty or Filled: which should I buy?
Filled arrives ready to hang. Empty is the shell only and is much cheaper to freight. Fill it with Punch Bag Fill Material or fabric off-cuts packed tight, adding weight gradually until the firmness suits. Avoid filling with sand alone; it compacts rock-hard at the base.
What do I need to hang it?
The chains and swivel are included. Hang it from a rated ceiling hook, bag stand or wall bracket such as our folding punch bag hanger, and add a snap hook carabiner as a safety lock on the chain.
