Flexible Equipment Financing From Fitness Hero with GRENKEHand-Held Shield and Wall Target in One | 48 x 32 x 18cm, 10kg Filled
The Morgan Wall & Hand Boxing Target Pillow Pad works like a rag-filled round shield that can also be hung against a flat surface as a square punching target. Four separate holding areas give pad holders plenty of options: hold it close to the body, rest it over the legs, or use it as a weighted bag.
The outer is 1200D ripstop vinyl, with studded eyelets for hanging and air-release eyelets. The Filled version is packed with premium Australian-made rag fill to 10kg. Choose Empty if you would rather fill it yourself and save on freight.

Empty or Filled: which should I buy?
Filled arrives packed to 10kg with Australian-made rag fill, ready to use. Empty is the shell only and is cheaper to send. Fill it with Punch Bag Fill Material or tightly packed fabric off-cuts until it feels right.
How do I mount it on a wall?
Use the studded eyelets to hang it flat against a solid wall with hooks or fixings that suit your wall type. Check it sits firmly before you start striking.
How is it held for pad work?
The holder can grip any of the four holding areas and keep it close to the body, or rest it over the legs, so the striker gets a large, solid target.
