Flexible Equipment Financing From Fitness Hero with GRENKETraditional Rag Filled Punch Shield for Boxing and Conditioning
The Morgan Classic Rag Filled Round Shield is the traditional round punch shield coaches have used for years to build power and accuracy. It's a dense, solid target for jabs, hooks, body shots and combinations.
The 850D ripstop vinyl shell is filled with Australian-made premium rag, a blend of cotton and fleece. Two reinforced plastic-tubed handles give a firm grip, and air release eyelets let air escape on impact. The weight of the fill also makes it a handy weighted conditioning tool.

This product is covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear and tear from normal training use, including impact wear. Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For full terms, see our Warranty Policy.
Which weight should I choose?
Lighter fills are easier to hold and move for fast combinations. Heavier fills give a denser target for power shots and double as a conditioning tool. Choose empty if you want to fill it yourself.
Can I use it for conditioning?
Yes. Many coaches use the filled shield as a weighted tool for carries, throws and core work as well as striking.
