The Morgan 2 in 1 Torso Shaped MMA Bag gives you two training tools in one. Hang it from the included chain and swivel for standing work, then tuck the straps away and lay it on the mat for ground and pound. The torso shape rewards angled punches, body shots, hooks and uppercuts, and gives a realistic target for knees and kicks.

It's made from 900D ripstop vinyl with four nylon seat belt straps and stitched D-rings. When you take it down, the straps tuck into individual D-ring pockets on top of the bag and close with hook-and-loop, so nothing gets in the way on the ground. The filled version is packed in Australia with premium cotton and fleece for a dense, evenly balanced strike zone.

Choose your variant: the Filled bag arrives ready to use; the Empty shell ships lighter and cheaper so you can fill it yourself.

How does it switch to a ground and pound bag?
Unclip it from the chain, tuck each of the four straps into its D-ring pocket on top of the bag and close the hook-and-loop. Then lay it on the mat for mounted strikes, elbows and ground work.

Empty or Filled: which should I buy?
Filled arrives ready to use. Empty is the shell only and is much cheaper to freight. Fill it with Punch Bag Fill Material or fabric off-cuts packed tight, adding weight gradually until the firmness suits. Avoid sand, which compacts hard and makes the bag unsafe for ground work.

What do I need to hang it?
The chain and swivel are included. Hang it from a rated ceiling hook, bag stand or wall bracket such as our folding punch bag hanger, and add a snap hook carabiner as a safety lock on the chain.
