Under the bar sits the Elite Adjustable Super Bench - 45kg of commercial build that stays planted - and in your hands, the 2.2m Elite Olympic Camo Barbell, rated to 1500lb (680kg) and backed by a lifetime home-use structural warranty.

Loading it: 150kg of Reload HD dead-blow EPDM bumpers in matched pairs from 5kg to 25kg, locked down by aluminium magnetic collars. A 2m x 2m premium black rubber pad goes down first, so the slab is protected from the first deadlift. Every piece is matched - 50mm sleeves, 50.5mm bores, 50mm collars and storage pegs - nothing to size, nothing to second-guess.

FAQs

Is everything compatible out of the box?
Yes - the bar's 50mm sleeves take the bumpers' 50.5mm bores, the magnetic collars fit the 50mm sleeves, and the rack's 8 storage pegs hold the full set. One matched system, nothing to size up.

How much weight can this setup handle?
You get 170kg on the bar from day one (20kg bar + 150kg of bumpers). The bar is rated to 1500lb (680kg) and the rack to 600kg, so there's years of headroom - add more bumper pairs whenever you're ready.

How much space do I need?
The rack stands 1250mm wide x 1339mm deep x 2376mm tall - allow room in front for the bench and bar, with the 2m x 2m flooring pad as a practical guide, plus ceiling clearance for pull-ups.

Can I drop the bar?
Yes - dead-blow bumpers over 15mm commercial rubber are built for it. Keep drops inside the pad to protect the surrounding slab, or extend the area with more gym flooring.

Does the bench decline?
No - it adjusts flat through multiple incline positions. Full details on the bench listing.
