The Nova TA10 takes the decline press and bolts it down: an angled, plate-loaded press path with extra-wide arm positioning that drives the lower chest through a longer range than a flat press allows — all the lower-pec work of a decline bench, none of the awkward setup and no spotter required.

At 120kg of welded, powder-coated steel with a supportive seat and backrest, it plants itself on busy commercial floors. Load the arms, brace in, and press.

What muscles does the wide chest press work?
Primarily the lower pectorals, with the triceps and front delts assisting — the decline angle and wide grips keep the emphasis low on the chest.

How is it different from the flat Nova chest press?
The flat TA05 presses through the mid-chest; the TA10's decline path and wider arm spacing shift the work to the lower pecs. Serious chest programs run both.

What plates does it take?
Standard Olympic plates. Bumpers, rubber-coated and iron all load straight onto the arms.

Can I choose my own colours?
