The Synergy Series Olympic Flat Bench Press is the station the bench bay is built on: the lift every member does, on a frame fortified to take it all day. Built-in barbell catch arms give a safe racking position at multiple heights, so lifters of any arm length unrack cleanly and bail safely.

Olympic plate storage horns keep the loading on the station and the floor around it clear, while the 100x50x3mm commercial steel frame and wide-stance uprights hold their line under heavy doubles. High-density foam padding under premium PU upholstery takes the daily traffic.

What's the difference between this and a flat bench in a power rack?
Dedicated geometry. The catch arms sit exactly where a bench press needs them, the uprights are set for a pressing grip, and there's no rack to queue for - it's the fastest way to keep a busy bench bay moving.

Are the bar catches adjustable?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
