The Synergy Series Olympic Decline Bench Press is the dedicated lower-chest station for a serious free-weights floor: a fixed decline angle that shifts the work onto the lower pectorals, with adjustable leg rollers locking the lifter in so all the drive goes into the bar.
It's built as a complete station, not just a bench: multiple bar catch positions for safe racking and unracking at any arm length, Olympic plate storage horns that keep loading at arm's reach and the floor clear, and a 100x50x3mm commercial steel frame that shrugs off heavy daily loading.
High-density foam padding under premium PU upholstery keeps it comfortable through volume work, and the whole station is made to order in your choice of frame and upholstery colours - built to match your floor.

Why train decline pressing?
The decline angle lines the press up with the lower pectoral fibres - the part of the chest flat and incline pressing hit least. Facilities that run all three angles give members complete chest development from one bay of benches.
Is the decline angle adjustable?
No - the angle is fixed for consistent targeting and maximum frame rigidity. The leg rollers adjust so lifters of any height sit locked in at the same working angle.
Does it include plate storage?
Yes - integrated Olympic plate horns keep your loading beside the station and the surrounding floor clear.
Can I customise the frame and upholstery?
Yes - made-to-order builds are available in 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours on an 8-12 week lead time. See the full colour chart below.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products
You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.
Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.
Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks

Some of our ranges are fully colour customisable to suit your needs - 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours. Just get in touch when ordering to let us know which colour you require and we will do the rest.
