The Synergy Series Olympic Incline Bench Press is the upper-chest builder on any serious free-weights floor: a fixed incline angle that lines the press up with the upper pectorals and front delts, on a station built to hold heavy Olympic bars day after day.

The adjustable seat height sets every lifter at the correct position under the bar, while multiple bar catch positions make racking and unracking safe at any arm length. Olympic plate storage horns on the frame keep loading at arm's reach - and the floor around the station clear.

Underneath it all is a 100x50x3mm commercial steel frame with high-density foam padding and premium PU upholstery, made to order in your choice of frame and upholstery colours.

Why incline pressing?
The incline angle shifts the work up into the clavicular head of the chest - the upper shelf that flat pressing underworks. For most lifters it's the difference between a big chest and a complete one.

Is the incline angle adjustable?
No - the angle is fixed for consistent targeting and a rock-solid frame. The seat height adjusts instead, so every lifter sets up at the correct position under the bar.

Does it include plate storage?
Yes - Olympic plate horns are built into the frame on both sides.

Can I customise the frame and upholstery?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
