The Synergy Series FID Bench Press Station is the whole pressing bay in one footprint: a fully adjustable FID bench - flat, incline and decline - paired with a press frame carrying height-adjustable Olympic barbell hooks. One station, every barbell pressing angle in the programme.

The built-in leg roller locks the lifter in for decline work, the backrest adjusts through the full flat-to-incline range, and the adjustable hooks put the bar at the right height for every angle and every arm length.

At 140kg of commercial steel across the press frame and bench, it's made to order in your gym's colours - the space-smart alternative to buying three dedicated press stations.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
