The Grey Stone Look Gym Flooring Tile delivers a premium training surface with the look of natural stone and the durability and protection of PVC gym flooring.

Each tile features a stone-look laminated PVC wear surface that is tough, easy to clean and resistant to abrasion, scuffs and moisture. The mottled concrete-grey finish gives training areas an industrial, architectural look that suits functional zones, reception areas and boutique fit-outs. Underneath, a dense rubber base provides shock absorption and impact protection for plates, equipment and heavy foot traffic.

Flat bottom, tape-down installation. Tiles are butt-jointed with double-sided tape to form a seamless, gapless surface. They are not interlocking and do not use clips.

15mm or 20mm?

The 15mm tile is flat bottom only. Edge ramps, corner sections and connecting clips are not available in 15mm and will not fit this tile.

If your installation needs bevelled edge ramps or corner sections — for a raised platform, a lifting zone or any exposed floor edge — choose a 20mm tile instead, which uses a buckle bottom and clip system with matching ramps and corners.

Installation

1. Prepare the area — the subfloor must be clean, dry and level. Concrete, timber and vinyl are all suitable.
2. Plan your layout — at 1m² per tile, measure your area in square metres and allow 5–10% for cuts.
3. Tape and lay — apply double-sided tape to the subfloor and butt each tile tightly against the next for a gapless finish.
4. Cut to fit — trim edges and around obstacles with a sharp utility knife and straight edge.

FAQs

How much does one tile cover?
Each tile is 1m x 1m and covers exactly 1m². To floor a 20m² area you need 20 tiles, plus an allowance for cuts.

Do I need clips for these tiles?
No. The 15mm tile has a flat bottom and is laid with double-sided tape. Clips are only used with our 20mm buckle-bottom tiles.

Can I get edge ramps for the 15mm tile?
No. Ramps and corner sections start at 20mm. If you need finished edges, choose a 20mm tile.

Is this flooring water resistant?
Yes. The laminated PVC surface and rubber base both resist moisture, which makes cleaning and maintenance straightforward.

Can these tiles handle heavy weights?
Yes. The dense rubber base and laminated PVC surface provide impact absorption and plate protection for free-weight training.

Can I cut the tiles to fit?
Yes — trim cleanly with a sharp utility knife and a straight edge.
