The PVC Laminated Wood-Top Gym Flooring Tile delivers a premium training surface with the aesthetic appeal of timber and the durability and protection of PVC gym flooring.

Each tile features a wood-grain laminated PVC wear surface that is tough, easy to clean and resistant to abrasion, scuffs and moisture. The timber finish gives training areas a warm, professional look without sacrificing performance. Underneath, a dense rubber base provides shock absorption and impact protection for plates, equipment and heavy foot traffic.

Installation

1. Prepare the area — the subfloor must be clean, dry and level. Concrete, timber and vinyl are all suitable.
2. Plan your layout — at 1m² per tile, measure your area in square metres and allow 5–10% for cuts.
3. Tape and lay — apply double-sided tape to the subfloor and butt each tile tightly against the next for a gapless finish.
4. Cut to fit — trim edges and around obstacles with a sharp utility knife and straight edge.

Fire Tested

These tiles have been independently fire tested by SGS to EN 13501-1:2018 (report AJFTS25004523R01, July 2025), achieving a reaction-to-fire classification of E_fl. Across six tests there was no vertical flame spread beyond 150mm within 20 seconds, and no ignition of the filter paper.
