Flexible Equipment Financing From Fitness Hero with GRENKESlimline Lightweight Groin Guard with SLV3 Outer | Sizes S to XL
The Sting Competition Light Groin Guard is a slimline, lightweight guard for boxing, MMA and combat sports. It sits low-profile under your shorts, so it doesn't get in the way of footwork, kicks or clinch work in training or competition.
An SLV3 outer skin adds durability, and a hand-crafted, pre-curved mould with an increased cross-section gives a strong protective profile. The contoured cup sits comfortably with minimal slip, and elasticised leg straps stop the guard climbing during movement.

Sting Sports products carry a 180-day (6 month) manufacturer's warranty from the date of invoice, covering the structural integrity of the product - major production faults and damage present before delivery - when used for its intended purpose with reasonable care. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (including expected impact wear on gloves and mitts), misuse, improper storage in moist conditions or direct sunlight, poor maintenance, or alterations. Full terms are on our Warranty Policy page. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Will it ride up during training?
The elasticised leg straps are there to stop the guard climbing, and the contoured cup helps it stay in place.
Can it be worn under fight shorts?
Yes. The slimline shape is designed to sit discreetly under boxing or MMA shorts.
Is it suitable for competition?
It's designed for training and competition. Check your event's rules for any specific groin guard requirements.
