The Solaris Shoulder Press puts overhead pressing on a guided, plate-loaded path. Set the seat so the handles sit at shoulder height, brace into the backrest, and press — the machine takes the balance demand out of the lift, so the delts do the work instead of the stabilisers.

The Olympic plate-loaded system scales as far as your strongest lifters can press, while precision pivot bearings keep every rep smooth under maximum load and the guided arc keeps heavy sets safe with no spotter.

Built on a commercial-grade high-strength steel frame at 150kg with high-density foam padding and non-slip grips, it's made for high-traffic commercial floors and serious home gyms alike.
