What muscles does the delt raise machine work?
Primarily the medial (side) delts - the muscle that creates shoulder width - with the front and rear delts and upper traps assisting.

Why use a machine instead of dumbbells?
Dumbbell raises get cheated: traps take over, momentum creeps in, and the delts lose tension at the bottom. The lever arc keeps resistance on the delts through the whole range, strict at every weight.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Very - the guided path teaches correct raise mechanics from day one, and the plate loading starts as light as a single small plate.

What plates does it take?
Standard Olympic (50mm) plates - the same plates as the rest of your floor. Plates are sold separately; add them to your order and we will freight everything together.

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
