No movement isolates the quads like the leg extension — and the Nova TA70 does it with the hips and glutes locked out of the lift entirely. An adjustable starting angle and roller pad height fit every leg length and mobility level, while the plate-loaded resistance strips or stacks in seconds.
High-density seat and backrest padding hold posture through high-volume sets, making it the quad station for hypertrophy work, pre-exhaust before compound lifts, and controlled rehab loading alike. 120kg of welded, powder-coated steel underneath keeps it commercial-floor solid.

What muscles does the leg extension work?
All four heads of the quadriceps — the seated position and roller pad keep the hips and glutes out of the movement entirely.
Where does it fit in a leg session?
Everywhere — pre-exhaust before squats or leg press, hypertrophy volume in the middle, or a burnout finisher. It's also a staple for controlled rehab loading.
What plates does it take?
Standard Olympic plates. Bumpers, rubber-coated and iron all load straight on.
