The Reload Pro X Centrifugal Impedance Trainer is a commercial flywheel resistance platform for strength and conditioning coaches, sporting clubs and performance studios. Instead of a weight stack or plates, an integrated flywheel creates resistance from the force you put in: pull harder and it spins faster, then you have to control it on the way back.
That gives you concentric and eccentric loading in every rep, with smooth acceleration and constant tension. The adjustable cable anchor, high-strength pulley and strap system and non-slip standing platform suit squats, rows, rotational work and sprint-start drills, and the low 34cm profile sits on a 118 x 57cm footprint.

How is flywheel resistance different from weights?
Weights load you through gravity. A flywheel stores the energy you put in during the pull and sends it back on the return, so you have to brake it. That braking phase is what creates the eccentric overload.
Does it need plates or a weight stack?
No. The integrated flywheel generates all the resistance, so the harder you pull, the more resistance you get.
Who is it for?
It is designed for coached and performance settings such as strength and conditioning facilities, sporting clubs, physiotherapy clinics and private training gyms. Beginners can use it, but have a coach show you how to control the flywheel before you train hard.
What exercises can I do on it?
With the adjustable anchor and strap you can train squats, rows, upper body pulls, rotational core work and sprint-start drills.
