Dips are the squat of the upper body, and this attachment adds them to the Reload Pro Onyx Half Rack Smith Machine without claiming a centimetre of extra floor. The solid steel parallel handles slot straight onto the Onyx upright through the rack’s hole system and lock in with a quick-release pull pin — on for dip day, off and out of the way in seconds, no tools either direction.

The bracket and handles are solid powder-coated steel at 15kg of attachment, so it sits dead still under bodyweight and weighted dips alike.
