The HS-X Abductor is the dedicated outer hip station: sit in, set the pads, and push the legs apart against the 96kg pin stack. Every rep loads the gluteus medius and outer thighs - the muscles that keep hips level, knees tracking straight, and stride stable under load.

Abductor vs adductor - which is this?
This is the abductor - the pads start together and you push the legs apart, working the outer thighs and gluteus medius. The adductor is the opposite: squeezing inward for the inner thighs. If you want both movements on one footprint, our HS-X Abductor / Adductor dual switches between them.

Why train the abductors?
Two reasons members ask for this machine: the gluteus medius shapes the upper-side glute, and it's the muscle that keeps knees from caving inward in squats, lunges and running - one of the most common movement faults on any floor. Direct, progressive loading fixes both.

Is it beginner-friendly?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
