The HS-X Adductor is the dedicated inner thigh station: sit in, set the pads, and squeeze the legs together against the 96kg pin stack. Every rep loads the adductor group - the muscles that stabilise the knees, power change of direction, and take the brunt of groin strains when they're weak.

The seated, guided path makes it one of the simplest machines on the floor to use well: adjustable start positions set a comfortable range for any flexibility level, and the pads squeeze through a smooth, controlled arc with no balance demand.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 229kg with polyurethane pads and premium PU leather, it's the compact inner-thigh station every complete leg line needs.

Adductor vs abductor - which is this?
This is the adductor - the pads start apart and you squeeze the legs together, working the inner thighs. The abductor is the opposite: pushing outward for the outer hips. If you want both movements on one footprint, our HS-X Abductor / Adductor dual switches between them.

Why train the inner thighs?
The adductors stabilise the knee, drive change of direction, and are the muscle group behind most groin strains - weak adductors are one of the most common (and most preventable) injury factors in field sports. Direct, progressive loading is the fix.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Very - seated, supported and guided, with adjustable start positions so the range matches your flexibility from day one.

Can I upgrade the weight stack?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
