The QLI Powerlifting Dual Rack QPDR83 is a competition-style combo rack for two of the big powerlifts: the squat and the bench press. Lever-arm weight holders adjust quickly to a custom height, small rollers let the barbell slide into exactly the right position, and integrated safety spotter arms hold the bar securely if a rep stalls.

A removable flat bench and footplate let users switch between bench press and squats in moments, and the non-slip footplate platform gives coaches and spotters a stable place to stand. Rated to 750kg on a 205kg steel frame, it's built for powerlifting gyms, strength facilities and serious home setups.
