The QLI Multi-Function Home Gym QMHG206 supports a wide range of strength and muscle-building exercises, from wide-grip and close-grip lat pulldowns to triceps pressdowns. By integrating multiple workout stations into a single system, it delivers a complete, effective full-body workout in one convenient unit.
Three integrated training arms cover chest, back, shoulder and arm movements, and the smooth leather seat and backrest adjust to fit different body sizes, along with an adjustable leg extension assembly with thick foam rollers. Sturdy cables and pulleys keep every movement smooth and stable, non-slip handle grips keep hands secure, and the weight stack's selector pin makes load changes quick.

How much floor space do I need?
The footprint is 2110 × 1116mm and it stands 2146mm high, so check your ceiling height. At 384kg it's a professional install — check access for stairs, lifts and doorways first, and our technician team can advise on delivery and positioning.
Can I order it in other colours?
The QMHG206 is supplied in the black frame and red shroud shown. QLI offers custom frame and upholstery colours on full container orders made at its factory — contact us if you're planning a large fit-out.
