The QLI Free Standing J Squat Double Sided QFDS107 builds on the single-sided version with a two-arm lever design for a wider range of functional training. It's used mainly for squats that build the legs, glutes, core and lower back, with a lever arm either side of the central post.

Plate holders on the post keep weights within reach, the arms fold upward for tidy storage, and the unit can be attached to a QLI cage or gym station for extra stability. It works with belts, the QLI Stirrup Handle or a Double D Handle for lower- and upper-body exercises, and the steel frame is electrostatically coated for durability.

Yes — load Olympic plates straight onto the weight horns.

QLI rates the QFDS107 to 400kg.

How much floor space do I need?
The footprint is 2742 × 778mm with both arms down, and it stands 594mm high at rest. Fold the arms up to save space when it's not in use.

Can I order it in other colours?
The QFDS107 is supplied in the black frame with red handles shown. QLI offers custom frame and upholstery colours on full container orders made at its factory — contact us if you're planning a large fit-out.

Does the price include GST?
