The QLI Free Standing J Squat Single Sided QFSS058 is a compact, easy-to-use lever squat that makes the most of your gym space. It's designed mainly for squats that strengthen the legs, glutes, core and lower back, adding a loaded station without the footprint of a full machine.

Sturdy plate holders let users adjust the number of plates as needed, and the unit can be attached to a QLI cage or gym station for extra stability. It works with belts, the QLI Stirrup Handle or a Double D Handle for lower- and upper-body exercises, and the steel frame is electrostatically coated for durability.

Can I order it in other colours?
The QFSS058 is supplied in the black frame with red handles shown. QLI offers custom frame and upholstery colours on full container orders made at its factory — contact us if you're planning a large fit-out.

Does the price include GST?
