The QLI Bench Press Frame QBPF056 is a dedicated barbell bench press station, built to handle the heaviest training loads. A flat, upholstered bench sits inside a four-post steel frame, so lifters load a barbell, set up and press — a fixed, purpose-built home for the most popular lift on the floor, for beginners and experienced lifters alike.

Hole-punched uprights give plenty of height positions, and the frame is designed to take a range of attachments, including J-hooks, safeties and cable crossovers. Raised, perforated steel platforms sit either side of the bench for sure footing, and the heavy-duty frame is finished in an electrostatic coat to resist rust and corrosion.
