The QLI Multi-Bench Press QMP450 puts flat and incline pressing in one station, so lifters can cover several exercises without moving between machines. The backrest adjusts from flat through a range of incline angles, the seat adjusts to match, and the J-hooks move quickly up and down the uprights to the right starting height for each lift and each lifter.
Two safety hooks lock the weight securely in position, and a sturdy footplate gives a training partner or coach a stable platform to assist from. The high-quality steel frame is rated to 400kg, with a thickly cushioned backrest for comfort through heavy sets.

What exercises can I do on it?
Flat and incline barbell bench press are the core lifts. The adjustable backrest, seat and J-hook heights let you set up a range of pressing variations to target different muscle groups.
Does it come with a barbell?
The product images show the station with an Olympic barbell racked. Contact us to confirm what's included with your order, and ask about adding an Olympic bar and plates.
What are the safety hooks for?
The two safety hooks lock the weight securely in position, adding a layer of protection when you train.
How much floor space do I need?
QLI lists the footprint at 1565 × 2200mm, and it stands 1612mm high. Allow extra clearance at the bar ends for loading plates.
