Why chest-supported instead of a cable low row?
The chest pad takes the lower back out of the lift, so the set ends when the back muscles are done - not when the spinal erectors fatigue. It also kills the rocking that turns cable rows into momentum work.

Which grip should I use?
Neutral (palms facing) pulls with a deeper elbow path for lat thickness; the wide position biases the upper back and rear delts. Serious back days use both.

Why the bigger 121kg stack?
Rowing is one of the strongest pulling patterns, so the seated row carries the heaviest standard stack in the Legacy single-station line - with room to upgrade to 140kg on made-to-order builds.

Is it beginner-friendly?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks

Some of our ranges are fully colour customisable to suit your needs - 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours. Just get in touch when ordering to let us know which colour you require and we will do the rest.

Weight stack upgrades: stacks can be increased to 140kg at $10 per kilogram.
