The low row is the classic back builder - a deep horizontal pull from a seated position - and the Legacy Series Low Row gives it a dedicated station. The centre pull design keeps the cable tracking straight and the resistance even through the whole stroke, from full lat stretch to a squeezed finish at the torso.

Feet braced on the wide textured foot platform and hips set on the fixed horizontal bench, the body stays aligned while the lats, rhomboids and traps do the pulling. No cable-station setup, no handle hunting - just sit, brace and row off the 100kg enclosed stack.

Built on a 3mm commercial steel frame at 239kg with a premium low-maintenance pulley system, it's made for busy back days on premium floors.

What muscles does the low row work?
The lats, rhomboids and traps lead, with the biceps and rear delts assisting - the horizontal pull that builds mid-back thickness.

How is it different from the seated row machine?
The Legacy Seated Row braces the chest on a pad for strict isolation; the low row is the free-torso version - a longer pull with a deeper stretch that also works the hinge position. Complete back sections run both.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes - the fixed bench and foot platform set the position automatically, and the pin stack starts light. Coaching cue: pull to the waist, squeeze, control it back.

Why a dedicated machine instead of a cable station?
No setup, no swapping handles, no queue for the multi-station - and the centre pull geometry is matched to the rowing stroke, which a general cable column isn't.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
