Back width starts at the lat pulldown, and the Legacy Series Lat Pulldown is the one the queue forms behind. The wide-grip lat bar pulls through a natural path that loads the lats from full stretch to a hard contraction at the chest, while the adjustable thigh pad locks the hips down so the weight can't lift you out of the seat.
The angled seat sets up the slight lean that correct pulldown mechanics need, and one-pin changes on the 100kg enclosed stack keep the station moving between users of every strength level.
Built on a 3mm commercial steel frame at 270kg with a smooth, low-maintenance pulley and cable system, it's a premium back station made for all-day commercial use.

What muscles does the lat pulldown work?
Primarily the lats - the muscle that creates back width - with the biceps, rear delts and mid-back assisting on every pull.
Lat pulldown or pull-ups?
Same movement pattern, different loading. Pull-ups are capped at bodyweight and out of reach for many members; the pulldown scales from the lightest pin to 100kg, which is why it's the back-width builder every program can use. It's also the best road toward a first pull-up.
What's the thigh pad for?
Once the stack gets heavy it will lift you off the seat mid-rep. The adjustable thigh pad locks the hips down, so the lats pull against solid resistance instead of your bodyweight.
What ceiling height do I need?
The tower stands 2280mm tall, so allow around 2.4m of clearance. Worth measuring before ordering for a home gym or low-ceiling space.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products
You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.
Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.
Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
