The trunk works in two directions, and the Legacy Dual Ab Crunch / Back Extension trains both from one seat. The adjustable movement arm switches the station between a weighted ab crunch - loading the rectus abdominis through a strict flexion arc - and a back extension - loading the spinal erectors through the opposite movement. Flexion and extension, one machine.

That pairing is the whole point: a core that's all abs and no lower back is an imbalance waiting to show up. With both movements sharing the 121kg pin-loaded stack, programming them together becomes the default - and the supportive seat and padding keep the spine aligned in both directions.

Built on a 3mm reinforced steel frame at 340kg - the heaviest machine in the Legacy line - it's a compact station engineered for full commercial use.

How does one machine train abs and lower back?
The adjustable movement arm reconfigures the station: in crunch mode you flex the torso forward against the stack; in extension mode you drive it backward. Same seat, same stack, opposite directions.

Why train both together?
The abs and spinal erectors are a matched pair around the trunk - strength in one without the other is an imbalance that shows up as posture problems and back niggles. A dual station makes training both the default.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes - both movements are seated, supported and guided, and the pin stack starts light enough for anyone.

Can I upgrade the weight stack?
Yes - on made-to-order builds the standard 121kg stack can be increased to 140kg at $10 per kilogram.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks

Some of our ranges are fully colour customisable to suit your needs - 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours. Just get in touch when ordering to let us know which colour you require and we will do the rest.
