The Legacy Series Ab Crunch turns core work into proper resistance training: seated against the integrated contoured back pad, you crunch forward against the stack with the dual-grip handles keeping the motion path honest - abs doing the work, neck and hip flexors staying out of it.

The adjustable starting point fits users of different torso lengths, and one pin on the 100kg enclosed stack takes the station from a first core session to weighted sets that challenge the strongest members.

Built on a 3mm reinforced steel frame at 295kg with a smooth pulley and cable system, it turns the most neglected corner of the gym - the ab section - into somewhere people actually train.

Why use a machine instead of regular crunches?
Progressive overload. Bodyweight crunches stop challenging you once you can do dozens; a weighted crunch lets you add load in small steps forever - which is how every other muscle gets trained, and the abs are no different.

What muscles does it work?
Primarily the rectus abdominis - the "six-pack" muscle - with the obliques assisting as stabilisers through the crunch.

Will it strain my neck or back?
No - that's the point of the machine. The contoured pad and dual-grip handles carry the load through the torso, so the neck stays relaxed and the spine stays aligned.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes - set the pin light and the guided path teaches the movement; advanced users just move the pin down the stack.

What pairs well with it?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks

Some of our ranges are fully colour customisable to suit your needs - 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours. Just get in touch when ordering to let us know which colour you require and we will do the rest.
