The T-MAX Pec & Rear Delt Fly is two machines on one footprint. Face the pad and swing the adjustable lever arms forward for a pec fly that isolates the chest through a full, supported arc. Turn around, set the arms back, and the same station becomes a reverse fly for the rear delts and upper back - the muscles that balance out all the pressing your members do.

The arms adjust independently and the handles offer both neutral and horizontal grips, so users can fine-tune the start position and the angle of the squeeze. One pin on the 80kg stack changes the load between users, which is why this style of machine anchors the chest zone in most commercial gyms.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 274kg with polyurethane foam pads and premium PU leather, it's made for all-day commercial use.

How do I switch between pec fly and rear delt fly?
Reposition the lever arms to the rear setting and sit facing the pad instead of leaning back against it. It takes a few seconds, so one user can superset both movements.

Why train rear delts on a fly machine?
Rear delts and the upper back are chronically under-trained next to chest and front delts, which is how rounded shoulders happen. The reverse fly isolates them with the chest braced, so you can't cheat the movement with momentum.

Pec & delt fly or a dedicated pec fly - which should I choose?
If your floor needs rear delt coverage, this is the better buy - two movements, one footprint. If you already have rear delt work covered and want a fly-only station, see the T-MAX Pec Fly.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Very - the seated, guided arc is easy to learn and the stack starts light. It's usually the first chest machine new members are comfortable on.

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
