Sit in, set the adjustable seat so the handles line up with mid-chest, and press — the guided path keeps the pecs doing the work while the back stays braced against the pad. Resistance is a 100kg pin-loaded weight stack: move one pin and the next user is loaded and gone. Under it all sits an 11-gauge carbon steel frame at 252kg assembled, with polyurethane foam pads and premium PU leather — a build spec'd for all-day commercial traffic.
