Warranty

ONYX tatami mats are covered by a 12 month manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use - delamination, splitting not caused by use, jigsaw edges that don't lock on arrival, and tiles that are out of spec. Normal surface wear, compression marks from equipment left standing on the mats, cuts from dragged gear or shoes, fade from sunlight and damage from harsh cleaners aren't covered.
