Every Onyx cage is manufactured to your specification once your order is placed. Tell us your colours, logos and finishes and we do the rest. Production typically takes 14-21 days, followed by freight to our Sydney warehouse and dispatch to your location (direct shipping can also be arranged).

Q: What does the free customisation include?
A: Corner pad logos, mat/canvas logo printing, your choice of cage and pad colours, and font/artwork options - included free on every cage. Send us your artwork and we handle the rest.

Q: What's the difference between Cage Only and Includes Flooring?
A: "Includes Flooring" adds the full 3cm XPE foam mat system with T-Flex anti-slip cover sized to the cage. "Cage Only" suits gyms that already have suitable matting inside the cage footprint.

Q: How long until it's in my gym?
A: Estimated 6-8 weeks from order to delivery - manufacture to your spec, freight to Sydney, then dispatch to you. We confirm current lead times at the time of order.

Q: How much space do I need?
A: Allow the cage diameter plus at least 1m of clear walkway around the perimeter for safe access - roughly 6m x 6m of floor space for this 4m cage. Unsure? Send us your floor plan and we'll advise the biggest cage that fits.

Q: Will you really beat any price?
A: Send through any genuine quote for a comparable cage and we'll beat it on a like-for-like specification.

Q: Do you install?
A: Yes - we offer full installation as part of our gym fit-out service, Australia-wide. Self-assembly is also achievable with two or more people and the supplied instructions.
