The Onyx Elevated MMA Cage is an octagon enclosure built on a raised platform, in the competition format used for MMA events. It suits gyms that host fight nights, gradings and interclub events, and elite gyms that want athletes training in the format they compete in. The raised platform gives spectators clear sightlines, and every corner pad and the canvas can carry your branding.
Each cage is made to order by Fitness Hero with a heavy-duty steel frame and 1.9m cage walls above the platform, 7 padded MMA panels plus a panel with an 80cm door, and a floor of 30mm OSB boards topped with 30mm XPE foam under a T-Flex anti-slip, waterproof cover. Choose from 4m, 6m, 7m and 9m sizes, with platform heights of 0.3m, 0.5m or 0.9m.

The steel cage frame carries a 5-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects. Padding, padded flooring, mats, canvas and other soft parts carry a 1-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear and impact wear from training are not covered. Which platform height should I choose?
0.3m keeps a training-friendly profile with easy access, 0.5m balances presence and practicality, and 0.9m is a full event stage for spectator sightlines. Tell us your ceiling height and how you will use it and we'll help you choose.
Is it suitable for sanctioned competition?
It is built in the competition octagon format with commercial-grade materials. Requirements vary between sanctioning bodies, so contact us with your organisation's requirements and we'll confirm the specification against them.
How long until it arrives?
Each cage is made to your specification once you order. Production typically takes 14-21 days, then freight to our Sydney warehouse and dispatch to you, so allow an estimated 6-8 weeks. We confirm current timing when you order.
Do you install?
Yes. Our team can deliver and install in Sydney; contact us for a quote. An elevated cage is a substantial structure, so professional installation is recommended.
