The Reload Olympic Super Curl Bar takes the EZ bar idea further: a deeper camber angles your hands closer to neutral, taking even more stress off the wrists and forearms during heavy curls and extensions. It's the pick when a standard EZ bend still isn't comfortable enough — or when you just want a stronger grip position for heavier arm work.

Built from A5 solid steel in hardened chrome, with a 28mm shaft at the grips and bushing-mounted 50mm Olympic sleeves that spin with the plates rather than against your wrists.

Super curl vs EZ curl — what's the difference?
The camber. An EZ bar angles your palms partway; the super curl's deeper bend brings them closer to facing each other. If your wrists or elbows complain on an EZ bar, this is the next step — and the fully-neutral Tricep Bar is the step after that.

What plates does it take?
Any Olympic plate with a 50mm centre hole — bumpers, tri-grips or cast iron. Standard-bore plates won't fit.
