Flexible Equipment Financing From Fitness Hero with GRENKEClassic Chrome Arm-Day Bar with Spinning Olympic Sleeves
The Olympic EZ Curl Bar in hardened chrome is the arm-training upgrade for an Olympic plate setup. The angled grips put your wrists at a natural angle for curls and extensions, and brass bushings let the 50mm sleeves spin independently of the shaft β the plates rotate, your wrists don't fight them.
Solid steel throughout with a hardened chrome coating that shrugs off plate scuffs and daily use, knurled where your hands go for a grip that holds through sweaty high-rep sets.
PLEASE NOTE: Collars are not included (sold separately).

Why do spinning sleeves matter on a curl bar?
When plates can rotate freely, the bar doesn't twist against your grip at the top and bottom of each curl β smoother reps, less wrist and elbow torque, and the knurl isn't grinding your palms.
What plates does it take?
Any Olympic plate with a 50mm centre hole β bumpers, tri-grips or cast iron. Standard-bore plates won't fit; for those, see our standard EZ curl bars.
Which finish should I pick?
Same bar, three looks: this classic chrome, the all-black oxide, and the black shaft with chrome sleeves. Pick on looks β the specs don't change.
