All-Black Arm-Day Bar with Spinning Olympic Sleeves

The Olympic EZ Curl Bar in black oxide is the arm-training upgrade for an Olympic plate setup. The angled grips put your wrists at a natural angle for curls and extensions, and brass bushings let the 50mm sleeves spin independently of the shaft — the plates rotate, your wrists don't fight them.

Solid steel throughout, coated in hard-wearing black oxide from shaft to sleeve, and knurled where your hands go for a grip that holds through sweaty high-rep sets.

Why do spinning sleeves matter on a curl bar?
When plates can rotate freely, the bar doesn't twist against your grip at the top and bottom of each curl — smoother reps, less wrist and elbow torque, and the knurl isn't grinding your palms.

What plates does it take?
Any Olympic plate with a 50mm centre hole — bumpers, tri-grips or cast iron. Standard-bore plates won't fit; for those, see our standard EZ curl bars.

Black or black chrome?
Same bar, two finishes — this one is black oxide end to end; the Black Chrome version pairs the black shaft with polished chrome sleeves. Pick on looks.
