Flexible Equipment Financing From Fitness Hero with GRENKERope Harness for Medicine and Slam Balls | 20mm Double-Braided Rope | Ball Not Included
The Morgan Tornado Ball Harness turns a medicine ball or slam ball you already own into a swinging rope tool for rotational strength and conditioning work. Place the ball inside the elasticated net, tighten the drawstrings and you're ready to swing, slam and rotate.
The handle is 20mm double-braided rope for a full grip, and Morgan uses a yachting-style rope that helps minimise rope burn through high-rep sets. The elasticated net insert holds the ball tight during heavy rotational swings. Medicine and slam balls are sold separately.

Does it come with a ball?
No. The harness is sold on its own. Add a ball from our Medicine Balls range or our Slam Balls.
What size ball fits?
Morgan says it suits any medicine ball or slam ball but doesn't list a size range. If you're unsure about a particular ball, contact us with its diameter before you order.
Any safety tips?
Use it with plenty of clear space around you, check the drawstrings are tight and the ball is secure before each set, and start with a lighter ball while you learn the movement.
