The Morgan Power Resistor Harness Belt (Short) is a partner resistance trainer for running and sprint power. The athlete wears the padded harness while the trainer holds the handle close behind, so resistance can be applied firmly and adjusted quickly through each effort.
It's made from heavy-duty nylon, with padded shoulder straps for comfort under load and a tight-grip handle for the trainer. It can also be used with power bands and slingshot-style resistance bands (sold separately) for band-resisted running drills.

Short or 3m strap - which do I need?
The short version keeps the trainer right behind the athlete for close, controlled resistance. If you want the partner further back with more room to work, the Power Resistor Harness Belt has a 3m strap.
Are resistance bands included?
No. The harness can be used with power bands and slingshot-style resistance bands, but they're sold separately.
Where should we use it?
On grass, a running track or an indoor turf lane with enough clear space. Start with short efforts and light resistance, then build up.
